                   Co-Founder of Brutoco Engineering & Construction, Inc.  Over 51 years of experience in engineering construction, Civil Engineer, Co-Founder and Past President of Southern California Contractors Association.

 PRESIDENT:

          Michael J. Murphy

                   Over 37 years of experience of heavy highway construction and rock quarry industry in the United States.  Responsible for the overall day to day management of Brutoco including contracts, estimating, and the personnel.

VICE-PRESIDENT - GENERAL MANAGER:

          Mike Fenley

                   Over 29 years with Brutoco and 31 total years of experience in heavy engineering and highway construction. Responsible for coordinating the operations of Brutoco’s Highway, Utility, and Building Groups. Also a Co-Trustee of the Brutoco ESOP.

 VICE-PRESIDENT – ADMINISTRATION:

Paul Von Berg

                   Over 41 years of experience in heavy engineering, highway, commercial and industrial construction.  Is the Legal Representative for Brutoco and is responsible for Insurance, Surety Bonds, Government and Labor Relations, and is the Safety Administrator.  Past President of the Southern California Contractors Association.

VICE PRESIDENT

        John Glanville

                    Over 32 years of experience in heavy/civil and water treatment construction.  Responsible as the Group Manager for Brutoco's Utility Group.

VICE PRESIDENT

        Ron Neal

                    Over 39 years with Brutoco and 41 years of total experience in heavy/civil structures.  Responsible for all Brutoco concrete structures from bridges to treatment plants.

VICE PRESIDENT

        Paul Sullivan

                    Over 22 years of experience in heavy/civil construction.  Responsible as the Group Manager for Brutoco's Highway Group.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

Donald D. Brake

                   Over 26 years experience in construction accounting, taxation and computer information systems.  Responsible for the financial and tax reporting, computer information systems, treasury functions, and the supervision of the accounting staff.
