This year Assemblyman Bill Emmerson of Assembly District 63 bestowed this honor to Mr. Brutocao. California, May 21, 2007 – Local business owner, Leonard Brutocao of Brutoco
Engineering and Construction, Inc, was honored at this years California Small
Business Association (CSBA) conference. The conference titled “A Salute to Small
Business” was held at the Sacramento Convention Center in Sacramento on May 2,
2007. The day was meant to honor small businesses of California for their
exceptional contributions to the State. This year the conference also welcomed
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who gave a speech in admiration for California
Small Business Day (the final Wednesday of May each year).
