Paul Sullivan P.E. - Vice President/Highway Group Manager

                   Over 19 years of experience in all phases of highway construction work.  A registered Civil Engineer in charge of all highway construction. 

UTILITY GROUP:

John W. Glanville - Vice President/Utility Group Manager

Jeff Troop - Utility Group Operations Manager

                   Over 27 years experience in all phases of heavy / civil construction with an emphasis on water & waste water and is responsible for the field management of all utility and mechanical work.

 BUILDING GROUP:

Richard L. Visosky - Building Group Manager

                   Over 41 years of experience of structural building for all phases of construction.  Is the lead estimator and manager of the building orientated projects for Public Works.

Brian Zagorsky - Building Group Operations Manager

                   Over 9 years of experience in all phases of commercial, industrial, and public works building construction.  Is responsible for the field management of all building work.

 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT GROUP:

Robert Olin - Manager

                   Over 23 years of experience in all aspects of construction management from site planning through final completion.  Is responsible for the construction management group with experience in industrial, manufacturing, public utility facilities, and educational facilities including elementary, high school, and college campuses.
