CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

PROJECT MANAGERS:

The Project Manager applicant should be a self-motivated individual with 5-plus years of field experience and a strong understanding field knowledge of scheduling, cost controls and management background for the below groups.  A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.  The Project Manager position is an on-site field position.  The applicant must have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, be detail orientated, and able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
PROJECT ENGINEERS:
The Project Engineer applicant will assist the Project Manager to manage and control their projects in a manner consistent with Brutoco's policies and procedures.  Some of the Project Engineer duties include quantity take-off, knowledge of the plans and specifications for their project, communication with owners, subcontractors, supervisors and field personnel, and maintaining daily work quantities.  A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.  Applicant must be detail orientated and able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
ESTIMATORS:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and an estimating background for the below groups.  A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.  The applicant must have solid knowledge and understanding of computerized estimating and job costing, excellent communication skills, be detail orientated and able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:

Heavy / Civil - Experience in Highway, Railroad, Bridges and Heavy/Civil Structure Concrete.

Mechanical - Experience in Pumping Plants, Water Treatment Facilities, Piping and Underground.

Building - Experience in Building work associated with Heavy/Civil projects.

Construction Management - Experience in Construction Management of Industrial, Manufacturing and Educational Facilities.

INTERNSHIPS:

We are looking for third and fourth year Construction Management or Civil Engineering students for summer and part-time employment.  The positions available will be challenging and educational.  Assignments could include working in the home office with the Estimating Department and/or Assistant Field Engineer position on the job site.  Part time employment during the regular school term period may be available.
